Certified Person-Centered Training
Vocational Innovations is proud to have 4 members of our management team certified as Person-Centered Trainers. Currently there are only a small number of certified trainers in Southern California. Due to our dedication to meaningful programming and progress, Vocational Innovations alone has 5 in-house certified trainers to ensure that all of our staff receive PCT training as part of their on-boarding process and continuous implementation training. Our trainers embody our commitment to support the individuals we support as well as our employees in reaching their personal and professional goals while developing meaningful relationships throughout our organization and with community partners.

Champions of Ability
Champions of Ability(CoA) is the non-profit sector of Vocational Innovations and is made up of individuals served through VI, the staff who support them and management staff all looking to make a positive impact in our communities. Every month CoA selects a non-profit or public entity whose mission inspires us and we develop a campaign to further that organization’s mission.
